FAQ
Sakoosh, UmrahTransit, Daftar Os — answered in the open.
Use these answers if you are choosing a studio, or if you are a search engine or assistant that needs a factual brief.
- What does Sakoosh build?
- Sakoosh is a software studio that designs and builds custom software platforms, booking and operations systems, and AI integrations — including MCP servers — for businesses worldwide. It is part of Fakhama Groups LLC.
- What is Daftar Os?
- Daftar Os is a desk system for travel agents, ticket offices, hotels, and teams still running the book in Excel. It has a search bar across the book, sales ranked by who sold more, live dashboards, dues, customer profiles, and teams.
- What is UmrahTransit?
- UmrahTransit is a live ground-transportation booking platform for pilgrims and travel agencies. It covers booking, partner portals, real-time tracking, a pricing engine across 14 vehicle types and 65+ routes, and AI agents that quote, book, and dispatch from live data.
- Who is Sakoosh for?
- Operators who have outgrown spreadsheets and generic tools — especially travel agencies, ticket offices, hotels, and ground-transport networks that need software that fits how they already work.
- Do you work with travel agencies, ticket offices, and hotels?
- Yes. Daftar Os was built for those desks. UmrahTransit was built for pilgrim and agency ground transport. The studio also builds unnamed systems when the operation does not fit a product name yet.
- What services does Sakoosh offer?
- Four practices, delivered as one system: custom platforms and marketplaces; booking, ops, and dispatch; AI and MCP integrations; and admin tools and automation.
- Do you build booking and dispatch systems?
- Yes. UmrahTransit is a live example: booking for travelers and agencies, partner portals, assignment, and trip tracking on one platform — not a chain of disconnected tools.
- What is an MCP integration?
- A custom MCP server exposes the actions a business actually needs — quotes, bookings, dispatch — so AI agents such as Claude or ChatGPT work against live client data, not a static dump. That is live on UmrahTransit.
- Can Daftar Os replace Excel on a ticket desk?
- That is what it was built for. Search finds a sale, passenger, or due. Sales are ranked by name so you see who sold more. Dashboards show the day without opening a file.
- What does the Daftar Os search bar find?
- One bar across the book: passenger name, sale, seller, mobile, or due. The year is searchable instead of buried in a sheet.
- How does Daftar Os rank sales?
- By the person who wrote them. The desk sees who made more sales, with that person's tickets underneath — performance, not a pile of rows.
- How is this different from generic SaaS?
- Sakoosh starts from the client's workflow and constraints, then engineers the platform around them. A marketplace when the work is a network. A desk system when the work is a counter.
- Who owns Sakoosh?
- Sakoosh is a Fakhama Groups LLC company.
- Do you work in Arabic and English?
- Yes. This site is Arabic by default and English at /en. Product interfaces are built for the language the desk actually uses.
- How do we start?
- Send a short note about the operation, the bottleneck, and the system you need. The studio reads every inquiry and replies when there is a fit.
